wAR it is..

For decades now Pakistan Vs India has been a ongoing debate, while few make peaceful slogans and few project them as a brotherly neighborhood....But the underlying fact is people in either of these countries would hate each other no matter what they say...I would not hesitate to agree I'm one among them...

After Pakistan beheading the Indian solider is there any reason for us to continue soft cornered relation with them?? We do not have to rage a war to make Pakistan suffer for their actions but we can hit them very hard  in multiple ways... Let me put few points based on my understanding....

No matter what Indian government should continue their talks with Pakistan and make sure we bring both 26/11 and the Pakistan army to justice for such heinous acts against us..

1. Most favoring nation (MFN) status to Pakistan, is it really favored.... In a country of 100 billion people show me at least 100 people who would favor this status to Pakistan....If we take out that status Pakistans credibility in the world would automatically come down which itself is a BIG blow as a country...

2. Bring down the trade ties we have with Pakistan, I do not think we need them. India as a country is leading in many ways through out the world both in terms of import and exports.

3. Stop giving visa's to their citizens without any word of discussion until they handle terrorism with seriousness.

Like one of the blogger said "You can’t change your neighbours. But you can change their behaviour. The United States has shown how to do it with Mexico’s drug mafia and Israel with its hostile Arab neighbours. So can India."

Well Said !!!!!!!!

eND of hUMANTIY...

Gang raping a girl in a moving bus... Where are we heading? Why cannot we treat statements blaming women for rape as criminal act like we treat when statements made on provoking communal harmony statements... Like we all post messages in FB to bring in strict laws for GUN culture in USA we should also ask for IMMEDIATE punishment for rape in INDIA ...Media instead of making bloody programs on whether world will end on 21st Dec 2012 or not can do something in bringing these kind of laws in to our constitution ... we should start fighting for rights of innocent women to have their freedom .... SICK !!!

Unfortunately we bring lot of attention in making of cricket pitches supportive to Indian batsmen and bowlers but we do not think on how to make our roads, society safe for women... :(

If even half the amount of effort put in clearing the protesters was put in protecting the women of our country we could have done lot better.... No political party called for protest but still people are coming forward voluntarily... We want justice

I agree violence is not the right way to protest but what option is left.. When so called MP's fight among each other and not let parliament function even one day on few sessions like Lokpal, FDI.. For FDI voting you can call your MP's in charted flights, why can't you do something similar for a special session to pass a new bill on protecting our women... But when people come on road and fight you call it against democracy... BULL SHIT..

No matter what this is not democracy, if so I do not want to live in this democracy ... Where are we heading, how does a OLD women be a protester who can cause some damage to this country man.... Bloody HELL, shame on you government for handling the situation like this..... Security for women in this country was their RIGHT and now had become a necessity not luxury unlike for you all.... Wish I could stand for the LADY there, shed in to tears when came across this picture.... What are we teaching for future generations of this country??????????????? Bring on some STRICT LAWS so that we people do not have to come on roads and fight against these crimes... Fast Track court for this crime alone is not sufficient... Beating a OLD women protesting for her daughters, grand children.... Isn't this a crime???

1. Why Public so curious and showing their frustration on NIRBHAYA (damini) case....?
Nobody is curious but it created lot of pain in everyone (at least I know) and the frustration is because of lack of government measures being taken. When a bus passed few checkposts while the girl is inside none of them even checked what exactly is there in the bus. Also people are frustrated because of the the way people are treated while protesting for the cause in Delhi..
2. do you all know the rape statistics ...?
I personally do not know but is it mandatory that we should know to express our pain or anger?
3. what about political rapes, retails rapes, power rapes, growth rapes happening every second around the country..
My sincere request is do not compare what is happening to girls with a political debate.. Even if Power, Politics, Retails, Growth are raped we all can live peacefully but not this one...
People woke up because they all realized we are living in a society where there are no moral values, no respect to women, no respect to human rights... We all should be happy that YES people are now opening up and not all are doing only in social networking sites like FB, Twitter... People did come on roads and protested, I myself personally joined by seeing a post about an agitation planned...
She is India's daughter so as other women in the country and nothing wrong in calling her like that... People did act and are still acting to the extent they can and so please do not generalize something!!!
Lastly yes you can LAUGH at those who are posting... Never mind!!!

Rest in peace brave girl... May GOD give all the strength to the family, friends and well wishers... May you forgive the so called MEN species for what we have become today :'(

It is true........

...It is dark all over and there was a light coming up slowly out of the darkness then noticed something very strange surrounding ... It looks like a closed room with an open top and very big walls similar to a prison... Shivers coming all the way and tensed a bit about the situation...

Think of the devil and the devil is here i.e., a person with long boots, dark grey colored Jacket and carrying an untidy look with a whip in his hand.... When keenly observed the side he is coming noticed four different items (probably weapons) hanging on the wall behind him which gives him a look as if he was the master of them.... Closer he is coming brings up shiver in spine with the fear of happening....

Now hearing a voice crying out loudly besides the ferocious dogs barking and giving a feel as if the long-awaited purpose and freedom is just a few steps away from them... Another man came running with a paper in his hand and handed it over to the man with the whip .... Few ppl are gearing up for the race of punishing with the most cruel way.... Can now see the weapons behind him clearly and it looks like they all had enough bath in the red colored liquid material......Man was walking slowly along with the whip hitting hard on the floor and coming closer......Suddenly a big HIT on me.....

Eyes opened and realized i was in my room sleepin, my mobile trying its level best to wake me up from bed as it was the time for my swimming..... Both my roommate brothers r sleeping tight which made me feel envious, also with fear of being defeated in the race of the number of hours we sleep I am back to bed switching off the mobile so that it would not disturb my super SCI-FI dream again......

Whatever the time ur reading this blog of mine.... Have a great day/afternoon/nite :-)....

For a while.......

... its been a while i am out of blogging for various reasons and one important reason is being slothful so i just thought "don't be a couch potato get up and get a life :)"...

Many pestered me for taking such a decision in coming back to India rejecting a good offer (althou nt very good :) ) and very sexy and attractive H1 Visa... My family supported me with the decision and I am very happy about it......Although i had soooo many discussions on the same and rarely these discussions ended in a concord.... One among the many reasons i had taken a decision to come back is the passion towards the work and technology.... After soo many months with the same kind of work i felt monotonous and thought this is the time for a change and the first step towards my interest....

HIGH spirits, Egotist feeling for some time :), comparing everything with another one there behind the oceans, feeling unhygenic at times, health problems, food poisioning, HOT Summer etc etc and after all of this for over a month i am back to my basics :).... Back to Satyam office but everything changed and worked in few projects temporarily but one thing tat is running thou my mind was the reason I am here.... Started attending project calls in Satyam, client interviews but nthing interested me and then out for a job hunt, which as per me is the first ever job hunt in my life (as Satyam was a campus placement)......

Back from the flashback I am here (in hyd) working as Sr. Software Engineer in Thomson Reuters and just loving the team i am working with as it gives me the same feeling I had with a team when i started my career....  Love the team, energy levels, sportive nature, with zero team conflicts, gossip sessions, core committe meetings, our nick names, inserting records in to our personal database ;-)....

On the whole WE ROCK and all those around us feel "ALL IZZ HELL" when this team is around... on a lite note :-)

Cheers!!!!!!!!

Together we win........

Let us all for forget about politics, strategies, sentiments for a while and discuss the real facts about the telangana issue........

First let us discuss the history:

During the Mughal empire in early 18th Century Asafjahi dynasty established a seperate state known as Hyderabad. Later Hyderabad entered alliance with the British Empire, and was the largest and most populous princely state in India. Telangana was never under direct British rule, unlike Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions of Andhra Pradesh, which were part of British India's Madras Presidency.

After India become independent in 1947 Nizam of Hyderabad wanted it to be seperate from rest of the India but the then Indian govt with the help of India Army took it over from the Nizam rule in Sepetember 1948....

Telugu-speaking people were distributed in about 22 districts; 9 of them in the Telangana region of Nizam's Dominions (Hyderabad State), 12 in the Madras Presidency and one in French-controlled Yanam.

In an effort to unify the Telugu people, and preserve the unique culture of Telugu people, Potti Sri Ramulu started fasting for attaining statehood for Andhra in Madras on 19 October 1952. The government of the day however did not make a clear statement about the formation of a new state despite several strikes and demonstrations by Telugu people. On the midnight of 15 December (i.e. early 16 December 1952), Potti Sreeramulu died and laid down his life trying to achieve his objective.

In his death procession, people shouted slogans praising his sacrifice. When the procession reached Mount Road, thousands of people joined and raised slogans hailing Sriramulu. Later, they went into a frenzy and resorted to destruction of public property. The news spread like wildfire and created an uproar among the people in far off places like Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Guntur, Tenali, Ongole and Nellore. Seven people were killed in police firing in Anakapalle and Vijayawada. The popular agitation continued for three to four days disrupting normal life in Madras and Andhra regions. On 19 December, the Prime minister of the country Jawaharlal Nehru made an announcement about formation of a separate state.

On 1 October 1953, the state of Andhra was established with Kurnool as capital carving it out from Madras State. However, the Telangana region existed prior as a separate state before merging with Andhra state. On November 1, 1956, Telangana was merged with Andhra and as a result Andhra Pradesh was formed with Hyderabad as its capital, against the States Reorganization Commission Report (SRC). Kerala and Karnataka states were formed the same day in 1956, followed by Gujarat and Maharashtra in 1960. The formation of linguistic states is the single most important event in the history of South Indian languages, as it provided an opportunity for these languages to develop independently, each of them having a state to support.

After 13 years starts a movement to seperate Andhra Pradesh again

In 1969 Jai Telangana Movement started People in Telangana region were not happy with the 1956 agreement as the Government did not implement what was promised. Students in Osmania University started this movement and this caused violence and deaths of hundreds of people in Telangana region. The sacrifices of these people were wasted as the cruel politics of Congress lured many separatists to their party and the movement was all dampened.

Today:

After 1969 not many complains from the people of the region but when even a new party wants to come to power they bring up the topic of Seperate Telangana State to win elections starting..In 1990’s BJP promised a separate state if they come to power but could not as TDP was opposing it..

In 2004 Congress promised a separate state if they come to power and merged with parties in Telangana regions to win elections.

In 2009 another politician (I would not refer him to be a leader) came up with a fasting stunt all of a sudden which led violence, uncertainity among ppl... Students committed sucide, destroyed public property, Bandhs, break to normal life...... Now everyone in his party refers himself as another Potti Sriramulu .... Do we have any comparison?? How can some one with such a bad health condition survive without anything for 11 days.... Is this a movie??

Isn’t it a fact that every part of the state needs resources for its own development. As most parts of Andhra have good lands they generate more money and this can be shared if not equally. There are no big movements after 1969 unless the political parties bring it up

Aside from the Facts there are the questions that need to answered:

1. Yes, Telangana was not being developed in 1969. Does that fact still apply after 40 years in 2009?

2. Isn’t Hyderabad the 5th largest city in the country and is in Telangana region?

3. Where will the Telangana get money for its development (Still from Alcohol Taxes) or Will it be only from Hyderabad?

4. Is it just the small parties in Telangana region that want recognition by getting a new state?

5. Was the decision made by the government in 1956 based on Telugu speaking people instead of development a right one?

6. Is it just that people who want identity bring this up so that they could get one?

7. Will Telugu Thalli be split into half?

8. Why is this issue so low during NTR’s period?

I wish the politicians or the political parties take right decisions based on the real fact that could develop the Telangana region and give an advantage to the people living there instead of playing games to get power. If Mani Ratnam is from Telugu he would have made a great movie by now (Just a thought) Remember it all stated with The Nizam Of Hyderabad in 1947 and after 60 years it still continues…

In my opinion decision taken by the Indian govt to make states on Linguistic basis is totally correct and all of us have to be united.... but I do not want to hurt anyone's sentiments with this blog and is purely my opinion.... I wld stand by it Jai Andhra Pradesh....

Note: Data has been collected from various articles and few are my own opinions..... It may have little discrepancies from the real facts unintentionally. Corrections are always welcome. This article tried to be neutral as an issue always has two stories.

SATYAM... We stand by you till the last minute

Firstly I would like to say that this blog is written purely from my own perception of the situation that is running around the SATYAM today.....Please note that I am not here to debate with anyone nor I am writing this to impress someone ........
Request all the readers to be very patient and read through the complete blog........

SATYAM the word itself says TRUTH and today the whole world treat it as ASATHYAM (a lie)... Let’s start looking at the situation step-by-step:

What has happened??
Do not think this question will come to anyone in our country who has at least watched any of the news channels (for at-least half an hour) since last 72 hrs ... Each of these channels are very busy trying to show trenchant(distinct) news to increase their TRP's on this issue.... But let me try to explain more detail point to point (as mentioned above it’s purely my own perceptive)......

1. As you all know our CEO and the IDOL(till 6th January 2009) of many Young Entrepreneur’s have released a note to the SATYAM board members and to press about his resignation with some un-acceptable facts i.e., Profits SATYAM is showing since last few quarters where not true..... On a simple note Mr. Raju is telling the world that they have been fooling everyone since last two yrs ..... Can anyone believe this??

2. Currently they are showing Inflated cash and bank balances of over Rs 5000 crores .... and surprisingly he also stated that September quarter (Q2) the reported operating margin of Rs. 649 crores is not true and the actual profit is 61 Crores.... (as a SATYAM employee since last 30 months i will not accept this....)
This is happening over a period of several years and the marginal gap between the operational and actual profit has grown drastically over the years.......

Hope now everyone understood what the current situation SATYAM is running on...is

What is happening???
1. As per the new SATYAM management the liquefied funds are not encouraging to run the organizations’ day-to-day operations and are still looking for different options..

2. Govt of India has dismissed the currently running and active board members and had taken a decision to replace it with the government recommended members (10) soon...

Well now to say as an employee everyone in SATYAM are tensed on wt is the future of all the associates since it is having an associate count of 53,000 ... which according to anyone is a huge number.......

Myself I am BIG fan of Mr. Raju and he is one of the most admired and respected individual in India since he showed the world the power of Indian economy at a point…. and today he himself had given a beating for it…..... But remember people this is not India neither SATYAM its an individual who committed this mistake not the 53,000 employees who work day-night to build up their career and also improve the company reputation in the GLOBAL market....... I myself had many sleepless nites to meet our project deadlines, to increase customer satisfaction, meet their business requirements, support their mission critical applications........ In the same way each and everyone in my team, account and Company had many similar situations....
We are never bothered about wt operational margins company is showing .... we r only bothered and happy about our coffee breaks, Lunch in the near by restaurants, bday parties with in teams, some entertainment at wrk, be on TOP of the world when some one appreciates with a small email and finally at the end of the year fight for our appraisals......

As an employee with experience of 30 months we only know to manage our applications and always relaxed that our Leadership team taking care of the revenues and marginal profits to meet the competition….... But today we all realized that we are the only one doing the job sincerely not our so called CORPORATE GOVERNENCE team….Everyone resigned the board and do not even have some time to share with the associates wt exactly happened (other than Raju) as they had their own share ........ Remember all those DIRECTORS who resigned - every SATYAMITE is a leader and this is true but unfortunately you are nvr LEADERS nor SATYAMITES because u have never been to the ground reality of work...... I AM A TRUE SATYAMITE and will stand by the company till the last minute until my management says "TEAM IT IS DONE"........

SATYAM might have one founder but world please remember just a FOUNDATION for a construction will not suffice and is always useless… Only the pillars which are very important for any construction and we all are the pillars for this Company......... We built this organization and are never owned by any individual or any family......

I always have a respect to our FOUNDER and CHAIRMAN Mr. Ramalinga Raju for his thoughts in building this business and giving a life or career to more than hundred thousand families but he also proved that no human is an exception from greedy and money power....
Now its not the life of 53,000 SATYAMITES but their families and their responsibilities ............Lets not loose the hope and I request each and evryone in SATYAM to stand by the organization which gave us a career to stand and build dreams out of it...... Not every human will think the same (Thanks to Raghu for remembering this to me) and i agree there are many ppl who r in deep frustration but its jst a request to everyone in SATYAM not to jump out it when it is ship is sinking rather try protecting it with your value ...........

Many might ask a question that what can you do at your level to bring this organization back.... But remember it’s we (each and everyone) who had built this organization and I am 100% sure that each and every one of us have a share in building the revenues and brand for the company....... Imagine one person all of a sudden had resigned to his regular operations and move out to a new company …the application or project he is working on will suffer and at the same time Customer will suffer which implies everyone in the project or team will be blamed resulting a loss of project and possibly the account …If some how this news is in the hands of Media .... They start saying tat all the projects/accounts in the SATYAM are taking a decision to move away and this single statement make a very big impact............

Many can debate on each and everything i say here but I just want to pass on a message on to BE COOL and STAY WITH OUR COMPANY during tough times...... I am sure company will not leave us on AIR saying us to look for our own opportunities......

Ultimately Mr. Raju sir I am thankful to you always for giving us a chance to build our own career but this time what you have done is not correct and I am not sure of the reason behind this and so I do not want to comment on this............but I can only PRAY GOD to give you peace in you rest of the life..... SATYAM will always MISS YOU....

I am sure for many what all I have written might be funny or foolish and think I am being over emotional but wt can we do WE INDIANS ARE EMOTIONAL and I AM PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN.......

Once again sorry if I have hurt anyone's feelings but just want to communicate everyone that
"THIS IS NOT BUSINESS WHICH IS OWNED BY A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY AND ITS OUR BUSINESS, FUTURE AND CAREER WE ARE PART OF IT LET’S BRING BACK THE SPIRIT OF SATYAM AND SHOW THE WORLD THAT EVERY SATYAMITE IS A LEADER....... "

I am not sure whether the company BRAND name will exist or not but I will always be proud of it..........

Before I close this blog I would also want to tell few people that SATYAM IS NOT A TAINTED COMPANY and what is can only say that it is time to say "NARAYANA" and take some rest ....Please do not try to behave like a politician taking the advantage of TOUGH situations… It’s a matter of 53,000 employees’ career and future…

Finally.....
“Our greatest glory is not in ever falling but in rising every time we fall.”

Indian Idol...... Singing Talent Hunt

Indian IDOL... the word itself says an individual who represents the one of world's fastest developing country with the maximum amount of rich culture with in it............
It is a popular singing talent telivision show on the most popular Sony TV, India which is based on the International IDOL series format and this IDOL concept is launched by UK show called Pop Idol defined by FremantleMedia...Indian Idol is co-produced by FremantleMedia in India.......I have been watching this series since last four seasons and currently the Fourth season of this format is going on....
In the first season we have wonderful judges like Sonu Nigam, Farah Khan and Anu Malik and the talent with in the show is just mind blowing with the final contestants like Abhijeet Sawant , Amit Sana, Rahul Vaidya, Prajakta Shukre, Ravinder Ravi, Aditi Paul, Mukesh Kumar Pancholi, Harish Moyal, Amit Tandon, Rahul Saxena,Vishal Kothari, Priyanka Venkateshwaran and the winner for this season is Abhijeet Sawant and is worth for it.... He is a very good singer and his voice suits the best for Romantic songs.........He is the perfect one for winning the first season........
In the Second season we have more and more talent like Karunya who is extremelyyyyyyy talented and you will be surprised looking at the way he is singing songs changing his variations in different nodes and in fact this guy is best than Abhijeet Sawant and according to me the one who is worth to win this season but unfortunately this did not happen as the Idol format selects its winner through voting system from Audience.......Winner of this series is Sandeep Acharya and the following are the finalists:Sandeep Acharya, N. C. Karunya, Anuj Sharma, Amey Date, Antara Mitra, Meenal Jain, Ravi Tripathi, Panna Gill, Monali Thakur, Neha Kakkar, Yashashree Bhave, Sagar Sawarkar ...
Thrid season is again rocking with more talent like Emon Chatterjee, Amit Paul, Meiyang Chang, Ankita Mishra... But this time Indian Idol proved that it can bring up the talent even from the extreme corner of the country and is based from Darjeeling and also he is the first person from the Indian Police force to enter in to final rounds of Indian Idol and in fact the first one to win the series.... To support his family he left his schooling and joined Kolkata Police and one strong reaso for Prashanth to win this contest is the strong backing from the people of Nepalese Origin.......... My favourite to win this series is either Emon Chatterjee or Amit Paul.................
And now here comes the most happening and currently running series "Indian Idlo 4" and I have been following the show again....... We have 14 finalists for the GALA round and list goes like this,Torsha Sarkar, Remo Ghosh, Tullika Ganguly , Bhanu Pratap, Sourabhee, Shini Kalvint, Rajdeep Chatterjee, Prasenjit Kosambi, Mohit Lalwani, Priyanka Negi, Kapil Thapa, Kuldeep Singh, Ananya Mishra, Bhavya Pandit .....
